Company Profile

Real Estate Investments was established in 1987 with the objective
of providing services in Real Estate. We offer opportunities to buy,
sell, rent or invest in properties throughout Mauritius.

Through our professional advice, we can also guide you to viable properties and projects in order to fructify your return on investment. Besides sales, our Real Estate services extend to consultancy in projects such as land parcelling and residential complex of bungalows
or apartments.

Our wide-based contact network with potential buyers and sellers allows us to successfully market or search for properties that you desire.

Managing Director

Mr Katen H. S. CHETTY is a holder of a Master degree in
Philosophy and studied Business Administration and Real Estate.
He has around 25 years of experience in Real Estate sales
and investments in Mauritius.

Presently he is the president of the Estate Agents Association
of Mauritius, of which he is also a founder member.

Besides being a karate instructor, he is also a National Course
Director in Sports Administration qualified by the International
Olympic Committee.
